2/ I think it would be great at Zbrush. It would be good for daily builds for a game studio of under 20 people. It would be an excellent Unreal Engine 4 machine. It would be good at Nuke compositing. But all of these are super niche categories in 2019.

We’ll talk about it on @_RocketFM this week, but there’s a serious question about who a Mac Pro is for in 2019. Cloud rende rfarming and lightmap baking is pretty good these days. Containerized applications are also pretty good. Threadripper is pretty good. It’s a niche market.
