Where I come from, 18 holes is not the same as sleeping under the stars. With Trump’s latest attack on our national monuments, he ought to reconsider leaving the comforts of his golf courses to come out west. https://t.co/v9nhGHEHuz

Democrats should not be connecting the ability to be heard to money. Period. DNC did that in setting debate requirements & in removing them. You link money & politics, process gets corrupted. Dems should be rejecting money’s influence, not letting it guide our primary.

After hearing from EU Ambassador Sondland this morning it's clear: the President and his cabinet tried to extort a foreign leader into investigating a political opponent. The House most move swiftly and judiciously.

We can beat him at the ballot box. He can be impeached. Regardless, we have to move forward, restore integrity to the Oval Office, and heal the divisions across our country. https://t.co/GR6v6ukG3p

That fight for action continued for years — and for people of color, it hasn't ended. I will never stop answering Rep. Rankin's call to protect our fighters in the struggle for democracy — no matter the gender you identify as, the color of your skin, or where you came from.

This is Jeanette Rankin. 4 years after she became our first female Congresswoman, she opened debate on the 19th Amendment with a call to action: "Shall our women, our home defense, be our only fighters in the struggle for democracy who shall be denied Federal action?" https://t.co/2Rzn0Ttfdi
