The reality is we’ve normalized the most expensive healthcare system in the world, an electoral finance system that allows corporate voices to drown out our own, and the destruction of our planet. It should all be rejected. It should all be resisted.

@DeSantisForD1
We shouted RESIST! for four years because we refused to normalize cruelty. Thank God he’s gone, but we’ve got so much more to resist.

Households would “work fewer hours & retire at younger ages under a single-payer health care system.” They could “spend their time on activities other than work & maintain the same standard of living.” This isn’t from some fringe source. This report was issued by the fed govt.

My running mate @hollowayb gave an impassioned speech drawing attention to the sustained need for such protections. Reproductive freedom IS healthcare and healthcare is a human right.

Last night, we made explicitly clear that south Jersey stands with women across the country. Over 200 demonstrators joined us to make demands for safe, accessible, and universal reproductive freedom. https://t.co/AmFhBtu5fN

@DonaldNorcross Donald Norcross was the only leadership member of the @USProgressives not supporting the bill which would have guaranteed healthcare to every American - during a global health emergency. He had a change of heart after I announced my primary challenge https://t.co/Op9ktQfSWN

@DonaldNorcross MH parity only guarantees that insurance co’s must provide MH coverage which are = to med benefits. This means patients with poor med benefits will also enjoy poor MH benefits. NJ-1, we’re going to guarantee MH benefits with a single-payer universal healthcare system.

The lived experiences behind these faces represent the struggles fought by everyday Americans. These are also the faces that reject the idea that those struggles should persist. I couldn't be prouder of our slate. Friends, meet Column 2: https://t.co/jByJv0mBAa

@DonaldNorcross This is a great step forward. Unfortunately, it only caps the co-pay. We have 30m Americans without health insurance. For those who uninsured and diabetic, this does nothing.

@DonaldNorcross Their solution for these grievances? "In the 1970s, the small collective became one of the first feminist organizations to demand a single-payer healthcare system."

@DeSantisForD1
@DonaldNorcross 1969 (Boston) a feminist conference resulted in the publication of Women and their Bodies - a grievance of the American healthcare system identified as one of the most significant works in American history by the Library of Congress.
