working with VOICE services to correctly port her number to Spectrum. Today, the port completed. No one from Spectrum contacted me or her. No phone service since 8am this morning. I have spent hours with Residential Support. Had to remain on hold due to high call volume. /2

I was promised a tech would be onsite to fix her phone TODAY. Only to learn it's tomorrow. Spectrum Rep's reassured me dispatch would contact me with an appointment today. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I had to call every time and follow up. /3

Over 4 hours wasted on the phone with a different Spectrum Rep. explaining the problem over and over. Your customer service and processes need work. Your rep in Texas cannot contact dispatch via the phone in NC to escalate. Why is that? You are in the phone business. /4

@Ask_Spectrum My 83 yr old Mother switched to Spectrum in Aug. Porting issues delayed the install to Sep-2nd. When the install completed, she was given a new phone number. Not her old number. This was unacceptable. I spent hours on the phone... /1

The last Rep submitted a new Trouble Ticket with a promised return phone call in 1 hour from NC Dispatch. That time has expired. I pray my 83 yr old mother does not have a medical emergency. She is unable to call 911. My mother has to go next door to use the neighbors phone. /5

I live over 1 hour away. This is terrible customer service. Lack of follow up and broken promises. Your customer service needs a complete revamp to an internal process created by Spectrum. Convince me why my mother should remain a client. I look forward to your response. /end
