Happy 4th! Today we celebrate the US gaining independence from Britain, but we should never forget the horrific genocide committed against BIPOC despite our independence. Stay safe and have a great day! https://t.co/aZ6ssBk0Vz

The #GreenNewDeal provides framework for a comprehensive and ambitious plan to combat climate change. It will create millions of jobs, transition our energy system, and provide new infrastructure. On this World Environment Day, I promise to fight for #GND if elected to Congress! https://t.co/Nnf1kJ2XgP

@tedcruz This guy knows all about choice right? Your state takes away a woman's choice over her own body. Who's your next target Teddy? SpongeBob? Still trying to cater to the shadow of the man who called your wife ugly? No shame, just trying to stay relevant by fighting with a cartoon.

I'm extremely saddened to learn about AFL-CIO's President, Richard Trumka's passing. He was an amazing man who broke barriers fighting for the right to #unionize and for better treatment of all employees in America. He is now gone, but he will never be forgotten. Rest in Power.

While Pride Month is now over, my advocacy for LGBTQIA+ rights is not. Why? Because of Marsha P. Johnson, because of Sylvia Rivera, because of Harvey Milk, and many other activists who did incredible work and advanced quality of life for the LGBTQIA+ community. #JohnAForNY https://t.co/MiaI0HDzFC

As discussed during the panel last night, a local grassroots movement, BLARG (The Brookhaven Landfill Action and Remediation Group) is leading the way demanding transparency, accountability, and answers in our county's dealing with this ongoing situation.

@POTUS Passing this bill absent the Build Back Better act (which Manchin has watered down) is a monument to the continued failure of your administration. We need real change, not crumbs! The people deserve better than you're offering, which is likely why your approval is low as Trump's!
