If you are working in a dead-end job, operating a dead-end business, or in a dead-end relationship and aren’t happy, create an exit strategy. The world is abundant. It’s full of opportunities and filled with people. If you don’t envision a fulfilling future, exit stage left. ✌

Sometimes I need sugar and a pick-me-up. I savor every bite and every sip. They make my heart happy. I look forward to them. This helps me satisfy my cravings and fend off binging. To me, this is living a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. #balance #moderation #sanity

Running is not only good for us physically but also is good for us mentally. I enjoy the physical challenge of running. I enjoy the pain, punishment, and suffering. I enjoy testing myself and pushing myself to my limit.

Every second we spend doing something that doesn’t bring us joy is a second taken away from doing something that does. Seconds add up to minutes. Minutes add up to hours. Hours add up to days. Days add up to weeks. Weeks add up to months. Months add up to years.

Choose wisely how we spend every precious second.

It’s not that others don’t care about us, it’s just they are concentrated, concerned, and consumed with their own problems, issues, and lives. Don’t take it to heart. It’s not personal. It’s life.

Strive to live a better quality of life, but appreciate what we have and be content with what we have. Don’t take our basic needs for granted. There are people out there who are trying to survive.
