I want to be clear: this is wrong. This legal challenge is nothing more than a political attack made by an administration that routinely denies established facts, dismisses science, and puts our nation, our children, and our future at risk with their continued inaction.

@HouseScience @EPAAWheeler Not only would the Administration’s proposal fail to adequately reduce emissions from our power sector, it would also result in increased harmful air pollution annually according to the @EPA’s own report. American’s deserve better, demand #ClimateActionNow.

This bill is a necessary step in protecting our environment and fighting back against the #ClimateCrisis.

I strongly support this bill because not only is offshore drilling incredibly dangerous and potentially toxic to our oceans but it will help us transition towards the #CleanEnergyEconomy and away from our dependence on oil & gas, as well.
