I'm continuing to monitor the surging cases in Miami Dade and taking action to help. Meanwhile, we must continue to demand a statewide mask order and a comprehensive testing & contact tracing plan.

I've spent today speaking w/ local hospitals & I've learned 3 things that need immediate action: 1) Hospitals need increased staff to respond to surge in cases; 2) They are running low on rendesivir; 3) They're running into state hurdles regarding how they manage their patients.
