@KathyHochul @NYCMayor Hochul says that NYers need to elect her in November to find out where she stands on countless issues, including the need to protect qualified immunity for law enforcement. Hochul is failing to give police the support they need to safely do their jobs.

@KathyHochul @NYCMayor he silence from Hochul on the need to repeal the HALT Act is deafening, despite data showing that attacks on corrections officers and other prison staff have increased over 35% since the HALT Act’s implementation on April 1st.

@KathyHochul @NYCMayor The Criminals for Kathy Coalition must be thrilled that Hochul refuses to amend Raise the Age, which would provide judges with the tools needed when considering cases.

@leezeldin
1. Hochul refuses to repeal cashless bail. Judges need discretion to weigh dangerousness & other factors in far more cases. There must be more minimum standards set where pre-trial confinement is mandatory. Hochul refuses to even listen to members of her own party like @NYCMayor.

2. One year ago, Hochul signed the Less is More Act, which released thousands of inmates from prison early. When she signed the bill, she released 191 inmates from Rikers Island instantly. Many of them were immediately rearrested for committing new crimes.

3. Kickback Kathy is the queen of corruption, engaging in massive pay to play fundraising, awarding no bid contracts to her top campaign donors, getting liquor licenses for her campaign donors, and continuing to sell access to state government.

4. Hochul continues to cover for Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and won’t fire him despite Bragg refusing to enforce the law. New York doesn’t have recall elections. Firing DAs like Bragg isn’t just the Governor’s Constitutional authority. It’s a Constitutional responsibility.

9. Anyone hear from Hochul on how bad it is that the parole board keeps releasing so many cop killers, murderers and rapists? Nothing but silence! She should instead be leading the call for overhaul.

8. Kathy Hochul is turning a blind eye to the failures of the recent discovery law changes and she is refusing to roll them back to fix the law.

10. Why won’t Hochul stick up for victims' rights and give victims and their families more of a voice with parole board decisions? This is another key plank of my Secure Our Streets plan for NY, which can be read at https://t.co/qDy59kCdP0.
