Currently, restaurant workers receiving tips are paid only $2.13 an hour with a complicated system that is supposed ensure parity with the regular minimum wage, that instead leaves these workers vulnerable to wage theft, harassment, and exploitation. https://t.co/r4OE2RZZgk
