OK so trump just said the Fed can do it cheaper and better than the Governors when it comes to supplies. So he's forcing the states to compete and wants to cost the taxpayer more money. We pay more because trump is lazy and incompetent.

I think trump might want to hold his conferences earlier in the day because he gets way to unhinged in the evenings. Maybe between the first 4 hours of fox news in the morning and right after his 11am nap.
