OMB is entertaining a proposal to raise the minimum population for an MSA designation to 100,000 from 50,000. Five MSAs in Indiana would lose their designation, economic development tools, and potential federal funding. @SenYoung & I wrote to OMB asking them to reconsider. https://t.co/a8NKyicJCF
