Lt. Colonel Scheller served his country in combat and honorably over an almost two decade career, he deserves better.
It is deeply disturbing that Lt. Colonel Scheller is being detained by the military without any charges being brought against him. My office is inquiring with the U.S. Marine Corps for answers on this.

The Administration says they evacuated 6,000 Americans since Aug 15 when the Taliban took power but during that time estimates said between 10,000 and 15,000 Americans remained in country. It is a national disgrace that this President left Americans stranded behind enemy lines.

Additionally, @CBP is confirming that the surge of unaccompanied minors being placed in overcrowded detention centers inside the United States are not tested for COVID and only half of our border patrol agents staffing detention centers are vaccinated.
