2/3 I will continue to push for large sites in neighborhoods, making them more accessible to seniors and working families. Working with the Biden Administration and as they promised, FEMA now has a large role in ensuring mass vaccinations and mass immunity across the nation.
1/3 FEMA will announce tomorrow in Houston a mega site that hopefully will be able to draw residents from all over the region. The good news is that FEMA will become intimately involved in vaccinating people across America.
1/4 I am deeply saddened by the passing of American music icon Mary Wilson. Mary had a melodious voice and the ability to get you out of your seat, to dance dance dance! She was a vital member of the American music giants, the Supremes, and she is still beloved until this day.
2/4 I got to know Mary when she came to Washington DC to advocate for the rights of musicians. She was enormously convincing and effective with her own determined and sweet manner.
3/4 not only in this nation but to fans around the world.I offer my deepest sympathy to Ms. Wilson’s family and friends, and I want them all to know that not only is she loved by them, but she is actually loved by this nation as well. She will be remembered as an American icon,

2/3 As a black woman, she never stopped fighting against discrimination! She is incomparable. We will miss her. Every time we met, she exuded love, and our admiration for her continued to grow and grow. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
1/3 Cicely Tyson, one of a kind, a black woman who had dignity, integrity, beauty, art, and immense talent. She showed the world that acting is really telling real stories. She showed real passion and brought light to the world.
