Even after we replace Breyer, Republicans will still hold at least six of the nine seats on the Supreme Court, despite Dems winning a majority of votes in the last 2 of the 4 last presidential elections.

Expanding the court is the only way to ensure that we can unpack the court and restore balance after Republicans stole so many seats.

But it’s also not enough. President Biden and Democrats in Congress need to follow through on reforming the Courts - including ethics rules for Justices. It’s long past time to #ExpandTheCourt
