Jan 18, 2012 Statement (undecided)
"I have heard from hundreds of Hawaii residents concerned that the current drafts of SOPA and PIPA could lead to censorship, and I share your concerns. Amendments to the Senate bill are currently under discussion and I intend to carefully review the proposed changes before casting my votes next week. I continue to support protections for intellectual property and I am hopeful we can strike a balance that clearly protects against censorship and ensures the security and stability of the Internet."
