More than 30 years of successful experience in the public and private sectors leading transformational efforts across and within government departments and agencies. In the public sector, I have held multiple senior level positions responsible for human capital and program management and served as a key advisor to political and “C” level executives on leadership development, strategic planning, organizational development, workforce planning, performance improvement, and change management. In the private sector, I have built several successful practices in performance consulting including the design and development of unique organizational and performance improvement models, recruited and developed staff to advise clients on human capital, learning and performance management in both small and large businesses. Demonstrated expertise in business development, capture management, and program execution. High Level Accomplishments: • Successfully built three consulting practices in performance consulting in both small and large businesses with revenues in excess of $14M and 70 consultants • Successfully consulted and advised multiple presidential administrations in strategic performance improvement, human capital and worked on numerous government-wide performance initiatives resulting in place-based performance budgeting, networked solutions and reengineered core processes. • Successfully advised and led human capital change efforts for the President’s Council on Integrity and Efficiency resulting in new executive and career development programs with an emphasis on effectiveness—beyond compliance. • Coached and mentored executives and staff to achieve higher levels of performance.
