Neil Ruddock serves as a Policy Fellow for the University of Notre Dame's Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE). His fellowship is currently focused on ACE's Program for Educational Access (PEA), an advocacy and leadership formation enterprise that helps develop and implement policy that expands financial access to faith-based schools. A 2002 Notre Dame graduate with extensive service in education policy, Neil has served as a member of the transition team for the U.S. Department of Education, Regional Advocacy Director for the Foundation for Excellence in Education, and Policy Advisor for the Indiana Department of Education. He directed implementation of Indiana's Choice Scholarship program for the program's first 14 months, and began his career on the staff of the late U.S. Senator George Voinovich. He is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and is old enough to remember when the Browns were good.
