Richard H. Feen is a senior executive speechwriter, and corporate and federal agency strategic communications director. As part of his duties, he is directly responsible for drafting and editing CEO or Cabinet Secretary speeches, testimony, op-eds, and financial presentations, as well as for developing and directing the executive writing team, and managing senior executive communications strategy, training, and venue placement. Over the years he has served a number of Cabinet Secretaries and CEO’s of top Fortune 500 Companies -- including Secretaries Elaine Chao and Andrew Card, as well as telcom industry leader, Ivan Seidenberg of Verizon, and Co-founder of the Home Depot, Arthur Blank. Portfolio includes duty at the White House as a staff member of the President’s Commission on Privatization, as well as Director of Public Affairs and Community Outreach for the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, then under the direction of the late Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel.
