I most recently played a key role in getting President Trump elected into office, running a successful ground game in eight key states. Beginning as a volunteer in June 2015, hired as staff to run a campaign office in October 2015. Then requested in December 2015 to organize and run the ground campaign throughout the NH primary. Selected as part of a "Strike Team" and performed the same function in eight other key states all the way to California through June 7th 2016. We worked 90+ hours every week from December 2015 to June 2016, home six days in six months. Republican National Convention in July 2016 as a Whip, then back in NH recruiting and handling all necessary logistics of volunteers from all over the country into NH to assist in the ground campaign up to November 8th. Previous to that I have a vast background in sales/marketing and management. In order to be a successful sales rep you must be willing to do whatever it takes in terms of time dedicated to your job. You must be willing to do more than what your competitors doing. Figure out what they're not doing well, and do it expertly. Regardless of what you're selling, the common denominator is you need to deliver value. Listen to your client/customer, it's not about you. To be an effective and successful manager you must first surround yourself with component/effective people, realizing that you are only as good as the people under you. You must be willing to perform any task of which you would ask them to do. Earn respect by giving respect and be firm but fair when necessary.
