Ms. Wendy Teramoto serves as the Managing Director and Partner of WL Ross & Co. LLC. Ms. Teramoto focuses on private equity investments in the rail, shipping and natural resource industries. Her responsibilities include bankruptcy, reorganization, international restructuring, merger and acquisition advisory services and valuation analyses. Ms. Teramoto served as Senior Vice President at Nexeo Solutions, Inc (WL Ross Holding Corp). since March 2014. She serves as an Assistant Secretary at ICG merger sub Inc. and Anker Merger Sub Inc. She serves as a Sole Manager and Chief Executive Officer at CoalQuest. Prior to joining W. L. Ross & Co., she worked in the restructuring advisory group at Rothschild Inc. which she joined in 1997. She previously served as a Vice President of W.L. Ross & Co. LLC since its inception in April 2000 and also served as its Assistant Vice President. Ms. Teramoto served as a Secretary of ICG, Inc., from October 2004 to April 2005. Her background includes accounting experience at Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young.
