Issue:
Veteran A came into the office with two letters dated 12/23/14. One was addressed to him and another was addressed to Veteran B. He reported that Veteran B's letter was received at his forwarding address. Upon investigation, it was determined that an employee changed Veteran B's address on or about 10/06/14.
Outcome:
05/15/15: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran B will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
