Veteran A received Veteran B's notification letter. Veteran B's notification letter was for entitlement for retroactive payment for Concurrent Retirement and Disability Payment (CRDP). The contained Veteran B's name, address, file number which is not his SSN, the retro amount, and Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC)/CRDP Veterans Service Network (VETSNET) audit worksheet. Veteran A returned Veteran B's letter to the Regional Office of Jurisdiction (ROJ).

Outcome:

11/24/14: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran B will be sent a general notification letter due to Protected Health Information (PHI) being disclosed.
