@HumCoSO Bill Honsal is a great sheriff and I like/respect him personally, but the notion that any sheriff has Supreme Court-like constitutional interpretive authority is specious. Plus, Gov. Newsom has clarified he's not closing all beaches. Let's be more careful here.
