The only thing I have to add to this agenda is making bond hearings blind. The racial disparity in bonds granted is significant. There is no reason that a judge cannot have a bond hearing based on affidavits thereby removing any potential for racial bias. #bailreform QT @jonesjay: Y’all ready? We sure are.)
