Tulsi Gabbard is not a Libertarian, but i would have considered a Biden/Gabbard ticket in 2020, even if that makes me "not a real Libertarian." Tulsi would have brought extraordinary dignity to the office and strong libertarian tendencies in foreign policy and criminal justice.
