@OdeeBee2 @TPCarney Seeing that the filibuster was used before the Jim Crow era, it’s really not accurate to call it a “Jim Crow Relic.” Also, I believe both Barrack Obama and Joe Biden have spoken in support of the filibuster; when it benefited their party. The rest of your comment makes no sense.
