@SecCardona @usedgov I wrote to @SeCardona imploring him to grant waivers to bypass federal standardized testing. In normal times, standardized testing is an inaccurate indicator of student success at best, and a harm-inducing burden on our children at worst. Imagine a year of interrupted learning.
