During yesterday’s @HouseSmallBiz hearing I was honored to introduce Krystal Hernandez, owner of La Plaza Fiesta in Madelia, MN. Her success and entrepreneurial spirit have allowed her to expand her restaurant to another location as well as open a local grocery store.
