@llraffel @ShiningCityUSA_ @ScottAdamsSays You are the expert. But I am sure every rule holding back the candidates is government created. In a free market, none of these rules would apply. These government rules are designed to restrict free competition in the field for the benefit of those allowed in under the rules.
