Last night, the Hochul Admin swore up & down the NY Supreme Court's decision striking down the statewide mask mandate was stayed & kids needed to be masked in school today. Now, they're not so sure. The mandate was struck down. There is no stay in place, & the mandate is ILLEGAL.
