@rcartersd1 @AJRDale @love_others_2 @brianlmaryott Yes, they call this a “Frivolous” lawsuit. You can sue a ham sandwich in California. Where is the proof I owe anyone 500k? Show the recorded deed of trusts still outstanding? The lawsuit is about chain of title discrepancies on deed positions and title / escrow company failures.
