Heartbroken at the news that a Capitol Police officer has died following the riot by violent Trump extremists yesterday. I am praying for the officer’s family. The people who incited this violence must be held accountable for this tragic loss.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Letlow family after the sad news of the passing of Congressman-Elect @LukeLetlow.

If it wasn’t for congressional Republicans you would be getting $2,000 is COVID relief.

Families hurt economically by COVID this year will receive a significant tax reduction in addition to the direct financial relief we just passed. I strongly urge my colleagues in Congress to work with the new administration next year to pass more.
