Bill Summary
Assaults Against Children Act of 1994 - Amends the Federal criminal code to make a simple assault punishable by: (1) a fine, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, if the victim of the assault is an individual under age 16; and (2) a fine, imprisonment for up to three months, or both, in any other case. (Current law makes such offense punishable by a fine of not more than $300, imprisonment for not more than three months, or both.)...
