Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on internally lighted ornamental porcelain and ceramic miniatures of buildings, including, but not limited to, cottages, houses, and churches and associated accessories and figurines specially designed for display during the Christmas holiday season.
