Public Lands Protection Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to set penalties for the dumping of solid waste on specified Federal lands. Increases the fine for illegally cutting, destroying, or transporting timber on such lands. Directs the Secretary of: (1) the Interior to establish a program to decrease the dumping of solid waste on Federal lands; and (2) Agriculture to establish such a program with respect to lands administered by...
