Criminal Street Gangs Prevention Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for penalties of up to ten years' imprisonment and a fine, in addition to any other term of imprisonment authorized and to run consecutively to any other sentence imposed, for committing the following offenses while a member of, or on behalf of, a criminal street gang if, within the past five years, the individual has been convicted of such an offense or...
