Bill Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to: (1) authorize the death penalty for carjacking if death results; and (2) include as carjacking intentionally making physical contact with a motor vehicle, while in possession of a firearm or other dangerous device, with the intent or result of injuring an occupant or of taking or damaging the motor vehicle or its contents.
