Provides that any school district which, as demonstrated by written evidence from the National Forest Service or the Department of the Interior satisfactory to the Secretary of the Interior, contains land administered by the Service consisting of the Buffalo Gap, Fort Pierre, or Grand River National Grasslands, South Dakota, shall be deemed to have fulfilled certain requirements relating to Federal acquisition of real property.
