Corporate Executives' Stock Option Accountability Act - Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to direct the Securities and Exchange Commission to require the issuer of stock options to identify as an expense in its financial statements the fair value of options granted to its senior corporate personnel in exchange for services.
