Federal Employee Base Closure Retirement Act - Amends Federal law to modify the early-retirement reduction provisions with respect to certain Federal employees who are law enforcement officers or air traffic controllers and who are separated from service due to a closure or realignment of a military installation under the Defense Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act.
