Bill Summary
Federal Court Settlements Sunshine Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal judicial code to require public disclosure of settlements of civil actions to which the United States is a party, with exceptions. Prohibits such civil actions from being dismissed except by order of court and requires public disclosure of any settlement made after such dismissal.
