Passport and Visa Offenses Penalties Improvement Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to increase penalties for passport and visa-related offenses. Sets a maximum term of imprisonment for specified passport and visa-related offenses of: (1) 15 years, if committed to facilitate a drug trafficking crime; and (2) 20 years, if committed to facilitate an act of international terrorism.
