Veterans' Compensation Rates Amendments of 1993 - Increases, as of December 1, 1993, the rates of veterans' disability compensation, additional compensation for dependents, the clothing allowance for certain disabled adult veterans, dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC) for surviving spouses and children, and supplemental DIC for disabled adult children.
