Juvenile Firearm Regulation Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit the transfer of a firearm or ammunition to an individual under age 18, unless a parent or legal guardian has consented to the transfer. Prohibits a juvenile from possessing a firearm or ammunition, except with respect to a juvenile: (1) who is under the supervision of an adult who is not prohibited by Federal, State, or local law from possessing a firearm;...
