Surviving Spouses' Benefits Act of 1993 - Provides for the surviving spouse of a veteran who has remarried where that marriage has subsequently been terminated by death or divorce: (1) a special death gratuity, subject to reduction due to the receipt of various other benefits; and (2) restoration of pension eligibility that was terminated due to remarriage. Restores national cemetery burial eligibility for such surviving spouses. Limits the FY...
