Amends the Federal criminal code to include within the definition of "armor piercing ammunition": (1) a jacketed hollow point projectile which may be used in a handgun, the jacket of which is designed to produce, upon impact, evenly spaced sharp or barb-like projections that extend beyond the diameter of the unfired projectile; and (2) a jacketed projectile which may be used in a handgun, the jacket of which has a weight of more than 25...
