Bill Summary
Modifies the boundaries of the Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary to include an area popularly known as Stetson Bank. Directs the Secretary of the Navy to transfer funds to the Administrator of the Maritime Administration for the conversion of the USNS Chauvenet to a training ship for the Texas Maritime Academy's Training Program.
