Amends the Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act to repeal the 15-year expiration date for (and thereby indefinitely extending) the exemption of certain grandfathered management officials from the prohibition against dual service in unaffiliated Federal depository institutions or depository holding companies in specified circumstances.
