Mohegan Nation of Connecticut Land Claims Settlement Act of 1994 - Provides for the settlement of land claims between the Mohegan Tribe and the State of Connecticut and its subdivisions. Ratifies the Agreement between the Tribe and the Town of Montville. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to take and hold certain lands in trust for the Mohegan Tribe as its initial reservation upon satisfaction of certain environmental requirements....
